When Is the Best Time to Schedule?
The best time for your twin newborn photography session really depends on the type of moments you want to capture.
- Within the first 14 days: Babies are typically sleepier, more curled up, and easier to pose in those classic, womb-like positions.
- Two weeks and beyond: Babies begin to be more alert, may open their eyes more often, and start to show little glimpses of their personalities.
There’s no “wrong” time—it’s about what kind of images speak to you most.
Twin births can be less predictable, and that’s why I always offer free rescheduling for newborn sessions. There’s already so much emotion, adjustment, and love flooding into your world—your photo session should never be another source of stress.
